Brand campaign + animation for the Portland Trailblazers 21-22' season, #CloseitOut.
The Portland Trail Blazers have the most easily recognizable logo in the state of Oregon. The design is credited to Frank Glickman, a Boston graphic designer in Boston, and cousin of Harry Glickman, a professional Portland sports promoter. Frank states that the lines represented a five-onfive set of offense and defense, with the hole in the middle representing a basketball.

key words to touch on during the campaign:
The animation is a combination of motion text, and illustrations combined with real player/game footage over fast paced music. The Moda Center needs to be represented in a way that captures the electrifying spirit during home games. Several scenes to try and put in include players hyping themselves up after a highlight, and player rituals such as the “Dame Time” motion.
